Service and payment terms
1. Provider and business use

Clientora is a cloud service for organizations and sole traders to manage customers, bookings, resources, work and internal payment records.
2. Agreement and authority
The agreement is accepted explicitly when an account is created. The organization owner confirms authority to act for the organization. The accepted version and time are recorded. A separate data processing instruction is accepted when setup finishes. The privacy policy explains processing and does not constitute blanket consent to other purposes.
3. Trial and paid access
When registration is available, the trial lasts 14 days from organization creation. A purchase grants 30 days after verified bank confirmation and extends any remaining paid period. The final RUB price, period and provider are displayed before checkout. Purchase is unavailable until pricing and payment setup are completed. No automatic renewal or recurring charge is applied. Expired access becomes read only and does not automatically erase the workspace.
4. Payment and documents
Checkout uses the connected T-Bank provider. Clientora does not collect full card numbers or CVV. Access depends on a verified provider notification. Methods and countries depend on the provider agreement; English language availability does not guarantee foreign card acceptance. Required payment documents follow the law applicable to the actual payment method and provider tax regime.
5. Use, changes and ending access
The organization supplies lawful data, permissions and notices. Special-category, medical and biometric data must not be uploaded. Photos document objects, not identity. Internal money records do not replace accounting or fiscal receipts. Contact support@trassami.ru for support and disputes. Material paid changes apply before a new purchase and do not reduce purchased periods through unilateral price increases. Mandatory statutory rights remain applicable.
