Pro client search and contractor matching
1. Sources
Client search uses the organization’s existing, unrouted connected inquiries or manual imports. Contractor matching uses its own active contractor roster. No external feeds or other organizations’ records are scanned. Search can filter title words, branch, source profile, region and known budget. Contractor matching can exclude overlaps with accepted assignments and delegations in this organization. Other calendars and guaranteed availability or sales outcomes are not included.
2. Separate action cost
A free preview shows up to 20 matches, saving cost and package balance. Saving one nonempty shortlist costs 1 Pro transaction after explicit confirmation. Empty results, errors and the same shortlist are free, including different queries returning the same record set. A changed record set is a new shortlist with its cost shown beforehand. Creating a CRM deal is a separate 1-transaction action. Searching sends no customer messages, job offers or data to external CRM systems.
3. Accounting and rights
Search uses the shared Pro balance, monthly units before add-ons. Saving and usage commit atomically. Retrying a lost response does not charge twice. A preview is valid for 5 minutes; changed data or rights require another free preview. Insufficient quota creates no debt. Saved results recheck current permissions and do not expose deleted or inaccessible records. Package periods, refunds and data processing remain governed by the existing package and processing terms.
