CLIENTORA PRO / WORK BY YOUR RULES

Turn available inquiries into deals by your team's rules

Your organization connects its own sources and CRM. Contractors accept invitations and manage assigned work for free. Two paths, with a clear result for each action.

Works with your organization's data. No external customer database or guaranteed jobs are provided.

01 / CHOOSE YOUR PATH

Contractor · free

Your work. Everything at hand.

Get an invitation from an organization, sign in with a verified account and accept an available offer. Follow checklists, add photos and comments, and submit work for acceptance.

No Pro package is needed. Only your permitted assignments are visible; there is no open job marketplace. First sign-in and accepting work require a connection; unsynced actions stay in the queue.

Your inquiries. Your rules.

An owner or authorized administrator configures the source, branch, filters and destination. Search uses inquiries already available to the organization; contractor matching uses its own roster.

Saving a nonempty shortlist and creating a deal are separately confirmed. Enabling an automatic scenario requires separate consent to its rules and usage.

02 / WHERE DATA COMES FROM

Start with sources you can access

Owned notifications and manual import

An organization's connected mailbox with allowed senders and link domains, or manual import of a specific inquiry. Your organization must have lawful access and processing rights. The server does not download arbitrary pages from entered links.

Your contractor roster

Search active contractors by name and specialty. Exclude overlaps with accepted assignments and delegations within your organization. External calendars are not checked: confirm availability before assigning work.

Supported destinations

Live exchange depends on configuration, connection verification and permissions. HVAC services have a ready-made filter template; other industries can use their own rules.

03 / EXPLORE THE WORKFLOW

See first. Confirm next.

An example with fictional data. It runs on this page, does not access your CRM, and creates no real deals or charges.

  1. Source connected

The organization's mailbox contains an “Air conditioner service” inquiry imported from an allowed source.

  2. Preview

Two inquiries match. Previewing and filtering are free. Empty results are free too.

  3. Separate confirmation

Save a new nonempty shortlist of up to 20 records: 1 action. Create one deal: another 1 action, if selected.

  4. Verified result

The shortlist receives a receipt. A deal is verified against the CRM record. An uncertain outcome keeps its reservation until reconciliation; success is not assumed.

Try without connecting

04 / CLEAR USAGE

Organizations pay. Work execution is free.

A transaction is a completed logical action, not every server request, lead or new customer.

One-time add-ons

Periods use Moscow time from activation; exact dates are shown in the workspace. Monthly units are used first, then add-ons. Monthly units do not roll over. Add-ons do not expire but require active Pro access.

Main Clientora CRM, third-party CRM licenses, API access and source services are paid separately. Monthly renewal requires separate consent. There is no automatic purchase of extra actions.

Before you start

What does an organization need?

An owned inquiry source, data rights, a configured organization and responsible staff. Matching needs a populated contractor roster. Delivery needs a verified CRM connection and Pro access. A package does not create a customer source.

Are failed actions charged?

Errors, empty results and technical retries do not create extra charges. Reopening the same saved shortlist is free. If a CRM response is lost, the outcome is reconciled first; a reservation is not a confirmed charge. A shortlist and a deal are counted separately.

How do I invite a contractor?

An organization adds a contractor in its workspace and sends an invitation. The contractor opens the link and signs in with a verified account. The organization grants assignments and permissions; execution requires no package purchase.
